Awards & Accolades

Charles R. Ledbetter received the 2018 Richard S. Arnold Award for Distinguished Service and Lifetime Achievement presented by the Association of the Bar of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Recipients of the award are selected based upon their professionalism, leadership in the legal community, significant contributions in delivering legal services to the underserved and community service.

R. Scott Zuerker, partner, was selected by Best Lawyers as the 2019 Lawyer of the Year in the area of Employers Workers Compensation. The award recognizes the attorney with the highest overall peer feedback in each practice area. Only one lawyer is recognized as the “Lawyer of the Year” for each specialty and location.

Partners James A. Arnold, II, R. Scott Zuerker, and E. Diane Graham are members of the National Workers Compensation Defense Network. This organization selects the top workers compensation attorneys in each state in order to provide recommendations to employers and their carriers. They are the only attorneys who have been selected in the state of Arkansas.

Partner Rebecca D. Hattabaugh was selected by Best Lawyers in the area of Medical Malpractice Defense in 2018. Rebecca also currently serves as the President of the Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel.
