I am a native of Little Rock, but have lived most of my life in Fort Smith, having graduated from high school here. I represent national and international businesses, energy and industrial clients and professionals in multi-state mass tort, toxic tort, and industry-wide litigation, as well as in product liability and business litigation. I enjoy assisting these clients in analyzing risk, informal problem solving and, if necessary, litigating complex issues.
In addition to representing clients in our courts, I have been fortunate to serve in leadership positions in organizations that benefit the legal profession and our community as a whole. I served as president of both the Sebastian County and Arkansas Bar Associations and also the Arkansas Bar Foundation; and assisted in the development of programs focused on improving diversity in our bar and providing assistance to lawyers and judges who are struggling with emotional and substance abuse issues. By appointment of the Arkansas Supreme Court I have been afforded other opportunities to serve the Administrative, Legislative and Judicial branches of our government.
My greatest pleasure is spending time with my wife Rebecca, our children and grandchildren, reading, listening to music and relaxing at our lake home or on our sailboat.
