Mr. Ledbetter was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas on March 25, 1938 and was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 1963. Since clerking for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas from 1963 to 1965, Mr. Ledbetter has focused primarily on providing legal representation to individuals, professionals, and businesses and their insurance carriers, in a variety of areas. In addition to providing advice relating to medical providers and potential complications that arise in the treatment and care of patients, Mr. Ledbetter provides a defense in litigated matters involving medical malpractice, banking, insurance defense and legal malpractice. In addition, Mr. Ledbetter is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers Association.
